Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up & we are always happy to help you in rescheduling.
Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
A late notice of a cancellation restricts us from filling your original appointment block with another client. All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to schedule appointment time. If cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% fee will be charged to your card on file.
-No Show-
ALL no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.
Continuous no call no show will result in no future bookings whatsoever.
-Late-
A 15 minute grace period is allotted, anything after that needs to rescheduled and will count as a no-show.
